Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns but exchange policy is valid for justified reasons.

The products are checked thoroughly before the orders are dispatched. Natural imperfections and variations of color, embroideries and weaves are the mark of fine craftsmanship and handmade textiles and garments.

We only exchange in the case of a rare manufacturing defect or damage .In such a case, you may notify us within 2 days of receiving the product and send us the product in its original condition with tags.

In case of size issues, if the new size ordered is unavailable, we will alter the existing product or revert to you with a shipping date or arrange for the other available products in the inventory or offer you store credits for 6 months that you can use for other purchases.

We do not accept exchanges on sale and customized items. The right to accept exchanges is reserved in case the merchandise has been used or damaged by the customer.

The tracking details of the parcel sent back are to be maintained by the client till we receive the parcel. Also, we are not responsible for the item lost during the transit. The shipping needs to be borne by the client for any exchanges.

We encourage our clients to be very careful while placing both domestic and international orders since the return and exchanges are extremely tedious processes.

COD orders are not eligible for return, refund and exchange. The advance amount paid against the order confirmation will not be refunded incase you don’t accept the COD order.
