Design Process - The Jod concept inspires the design process of this collection, featuring beautifully crafted patchwork using textile remnants. New patchwork techniques and a carefully curated assortment of 3 sarees from Kutch add extra glamour. The chand motif is the recurring theme symbolizing new beginnings and spirituality.
The collection is made with Yarn-dyed organic cotton (Kala Cotton), with summer tones and easy, breathable silhouettes. Traditional techniques with modern sensibilities guide the design philosophy.
The process involves sketches, technical drawings, and patterns for the patchwork pieces, with the chand motif thoughtfully placed and embellished.
The final garments feature cohesive, stunning designs with a fresh and summery feel, combining classic and comfortable designs with beautifully crafted patchwork pieces.
